I am 5'2" and last time I was at the doctor's I weighed 195.
I gained a lot of the weight over the last two years because I stopped using drugs and I stopped smoking. (Two years ago I weighed 135)
If I work out an hour a day should work out every other day or everyday? (Tae-Bo) Should I do Tae-Bo one day and walk another day?
I really don't like counting calories....how do I know when I have hit to many calories? I know to drink water instead of soda.
Should I try to take some of those pills that help to curb your appetite?
Any other suggestions?

Eating habits:
Coffee in the AM - That's usually it.
a few hours later (About 9) maybe something like chicken nuggets and tater tots with ketchup.
A salad with blue cheese dressing around 3 pm
and for dinner around 6 pm something like a burrito.
I probably should be eating more fruits and vegetables (I am starting a garden outside.)
Other then that I tend to snack. I gained 20 pounds whenI stopped smoking, so instead of reaching for a cigarette I now reach for something like chips or a cookie. (I know that's not helping!)

Also, I have a naturally SLOW metabolizium, that's why I asked about the pills that you take to curb your appetite, but also speed up your metabolizium.

Well, after reading about your eating habits, tightening up those average meals shouldn't be harder than quitting drugs, which is probably the hardest psychological thing you can endure. Your meals seem normal, but like you said, I would try to be more aware of my compulsive snacking.
You kinda have to watch out for medicinal solutions for weight loss though. If you're looking for an increase in your metabolism, I would go jogging. Jogging stops feeling like a chore after a while, and pumps you full of energy and raises your spirit. I have a couple friends who started jogging to lose weight, and it worked really well. They're addicted to running now though, but I'm pretty sure that's a healthy addiction.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

good u will have to ALWAYS have a little bit excerise. Like take a stroll (if you do not wish to run) it is handy or take a motorcycle experience, play a recreation, stroll your puppy. You are not able to simply take a seat at the sofa and chow down celery you will have to additionally stroll motorbike experience or run.
