I need to lose a few pounds, 15 or 20 at most. I'm a full time student and about to work part time as well. If I work out, it's not a regular regimen. I eat relatively healthy and I only eat three meals a day.

I'm not sure what to do to lose weight? Should I take dietary supplements? I heard green tea extract works really well.

Any advice would help.

I was taking green tea the "Lipton Diet" and did the south beach diet, not all by the book but I did cut on the sugars and carbs like bread and pastas. I ate 5 times a day, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. I exercised 3 times a day and in 30 days I lost 20 pounds. In total 40 pounds in 60 days. Kept the weight off too. Good luck!

I determined the guide to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

my advice would be to try a program like weight watchers its not expensive. I have lost 70 lbs and its not a diet it is life style changes. if you only diet when you start eating your normal way again you will put the pounds back on and then some if your not careful. exercise as much as possible it does make a difference. unfortunately s healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week trust me it works. and drink lots of water and or crystal lite.

Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water. Don't eat too many unhealthy things. Control portions! Doing cardio workouts, like running, whenever you have time will help a lot, even if it isn't part of your regualar schedule. If you are willing, wake up earlier to make time for a 20-30 minute cardio workout. You could also work with a personal trainer or join a class at the gym. This could help you stick with exercise by making it part of your schedule.

you should excercise everyday and work out
u should go to a gym or walk with ur dog if u have one


it is helpful becasue i do it everyday
it took about 2 month but
