My little brother is having all these christian videos for kids pushed on him and I'd like for him to see other sides and keep an open mind until he's at least at an appropriate age to decide for himself.

Well, the cool thing about atheism is that it is everywhere. They have to create videos and fun workshops for Christianity, and other religions in order to spread the word. Atheism has no such mechanism, it wouldn't make sense for it to. There aren't many atheist churches, with many atheist donors, so spreading the word is a little counter-intuitive. Any video on atheism would just be an educational video anyway, and would be dry and boring to the child. There's no sense in creating catchy rhetorical devices in order to promote common knowledge like Darwin's discovery of evolution, to Newtonian physics.
Everybody ultimately decides from themselves if they want to follow a religion, or if they want to participate in society's learning endeavor; and while fun videos can influence a weak mind into submission to a religion, it ultimately won't make a difference on a strong one. I wouldn't worry about it, he'll figure it all out on his own.

Take him to a zoo. Go to a tech museum. How about the Museum of Natural History (www.amnh.org)? Watch MythBusters. Teach him question the world around him.

Not that I know of.

Maybe it would be better if you taught him to question things and think things over for himself. I've asked around for the best tool to encourage critical thinking, and everyone says reading - lots of reading, and talk about what you think.

You could subvert him without anyone knowing, seeing as this is a perfectly innocent activity. ;-)

We've never needed to resort to that kind of low tactic.
