Dont know if you mean for behind tiles, Knauf Aquapanel, or waterproof surface instead of tiles, Resopal or Polyrey. They are all easy to find.

It can also be called Aqua panels. Its a form of plaster board that has a waterproof cement in it, very heavy so get some help shifting it! Once fitted you can tile straight onto it. It works fantastically, I know as its what the builders used to waterproof my shower room. That and a waterproof membrane, tiles etc.

At alot of lumber yards its called green board. You hang it just like sheet rock. I usally just glue ceramic tile to it and grout. Its held up for years now. I have 50 apartments.
