If you have cash - yes! Otherwise, yes you can purchase a vehicle with little to no credit history - but they will give you a high interest rate.

Yes, if you have the cash to pay for it. A second option is if you have enough collateral to put up to secure the loan. A third, less likely option is to have someone with good credit co-sign for the loan.

If you finance a new car with no credit, the crooks will hit you with some otrageous rate like 20% or even more. They prey on people with no or poor credit. Think of getting a good used car consistent with your means.

Only with a co-signer. Unless you qualify for a first time buyers program, where you are a first time buyer, and you've been at your job for longer than 12 mts and make a minimum of 2400/mt

yeah I know a bank that will do it for college grads or people with 1600 dollars of monthly income and at least 8 months on the job with $1,000.00-$1,500.00 dollars down.
