I am assuming you are travelling with Ryanair!
They have a shuttle bus leaving after the plane has landed and you can buy tickets in the airport (I think there is a sign.... but they point you in the right direction) and the bus leaves just a few steps from the front of the airport (which is not big).
The bus, i think takes about 45mins to an hour to get into Verona.
