How do I say "please replace the lightbulb above my desk" in Spanish?

I'm a receptionist and I want to leave a note for the maintenance staff when I leave for the day, but I don't think the person who comes to my floor can read English very well. My Spanish is pretty rusty, but I'll be able to tell if you are trying to get me to say something embarrassing, you crazy Yahooligans, you.

Though I don't disagree with the versions provided by the other guys I do believe this is a little bit more polite, it would be something like: "Would you be so kind to replace the ligthbulb above my desk - Thank you in advance."

Some people also say "bombilla" instead of "foco" but I think he/she wil understand any of the two.
