I'm 6'1 height
I are 18 years old

The reason i am fat for all these years because of lacking of exercising and more eating, there use to be days when i only exercised once every 2 weeks (for 2-3 hours)

Now i feel fat, and im sooo lazy, can i still loose weight or is it too late?

It is never too late to lose weight as long as you are living, breathing and able to move. Start cutting down the amount of food you eat (but do not go below 1500 calories a day without a doctor's consent) and increase your activity. Find an exercise you enjoy doing as you will then stick with it. It would even help to get a friend to join you so you are forced to follow through. At 18, you have a lot of options for exercise. You can take up a sport or start rollerblading, running, walking, weight lifting, etc.

See a doctor for a physical and, while there, request a consult with a nutritionist or dietician to get a specific diet based on foods you like and a calorie intake that is recommended by your doctor.
