For some guys it can be a turn on, but I won't suggest a female running hrr hands through the hair of a guy who has just had a hair cut. Why? He would want to bask in that new look for a time being and a girl running her hands through it will kind of ruin it for him (remember he spent time getting it done just right)
The best thing to do is ask the guy whether he likes it or not

Assuming you mean touch her own hair... The more she touches her hair, the less I trust her. Unless she normally doesn't touch it at all but then when she is talking to me she gets flustered and flirty and plays with her hair. That is different. But if she is constantly touching her hair, it means she is overly concerned with how she looks and what others think of her looks. Probably means she is more of a player, too. I'm way more interested in a girl if she just has a neat pony tail and doesn't touch it at all. It shows she is confident, not overly concerned with what others think of her looks, and that she's not constantly out shopping for the next guy... I especially don't trust women with long, striaght hair who run their fingers through it from the top at the forehead straight back frequently. You know the type... Always primped like a model and constantly fixing her hair by running her fingers through it. That's a great big red warning flag to me.

It totally depends on the person. Some people like their hair played with and others don't. What would be a good idea is to tell the person that you enjoy doing that and ask if they would mind if you did it.

Could you be like, more specific as to who runs through the girl's hair and who's annoyed? Anyway, girl's do that because they're probably bored or have hair issues, hypotethically speaking of course.

Hair twirling is like a nervous tic. It falls in the same league as a guy playing with his mustache. Annoying!

I would say it probably depends on the guy. If you're with a guy that cares more about his hair than he does his car, he MAY not go for a woman putting her fingers thru it or on it and risk messing it up.. On the other hand if the guy you're with loves for you to touch him, loves to put his hands in YOUR hair and knows that all he has to do is do it again then you're prolly safe.

It really depends on the person and how personal they want to be with you. Some guys like it cause you are showing them attention, others might not because they might think it messes up their hair or other reasons. It really depends on if the couple and how close they are, of course some guys might look at it like you are putting some move on him.

I'm a girl but I would say yes because I do it all the time and when i look around I see a boy staring at me! It sorta freaks me out! I think it just annoys girls because they might think that you are like trying to get all the boys to stare at you or like you!

Hmm....well I think that it totally depends on the mood, the person, and your relationship. If you are into the dude and the dude is totally into you, then go for it! Start out slow and relaxing and see if he warms up to it. If he doesn't enjoy it, rethink your mood and the mood of the moment. Personally, since I'm a girl, I love it when my boyfriend runs his fingers through it. That's one of the reasons why I date him!! l0l.
xoxo
good luck with whoever you are thinking about doing that to!
