your hair will grow but maybe slowly.. I actually damaged my hair so bad that for awhile my hair was stretchy.. (EWWW) If 1 strand of your hair is spliting into 2 or 3 then that means you have a split ends.. Check the end of your hair..
you should use leave in conditioner, rosemary or jojoba oil.. & of course leave your hair alone (no coloring, perming. etc)

If your hair is really damaged due to hair coloring you probably defiantly need to be using a deep conditioner that will help alot probably the best thing to do would be to go to a really good salon in your area have a stylist there look at it and they can tell you exactly what products you need and if you need to get the split ends etc cut off -good luck !

Get it trimmed every 4-8 weeks, that help get rid of the dead ends and helps your hair grow faster. As far as whether you have split ends or not, just look at the tips of your hair, you should be able to see it split in two.

A trim will get rid of all the dry split ends, and I know it stinks sometimes you dont want it any shorter. But it really is the best way for it to grow back faster and healthier.

Oil treatments about once a week, twice if you really need it.
Pantene Restoratives are the best conditioners ever made, use it everyday along with the oil and I promise by day 2 you will feel a difference.
Good Luck fellow hair abuser

Yes, your hair will continue to grow as you haven't damaged the follicles in your scalp.

Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner are the best for damaged hair. The conditioner can be used daily or as a deep conditioning mask.
Use a wide toothed comb after shampooing. Start at the bottom to remove tangles.
Use a super absorbent microfiber hair towel to minimize drying time. ex. Aquis or The Body Shop
Get regular trims every 4-6 weeks to remove split ends.

pure organic Coconut Oil is the only thing that works naturally, and fast. Trust me I have tried them all. You can find this at a natural food store like Mother's Market or Trader Joes. Use the guy you can eat too it's good for skin as well.

well, don't shampoo or blowdry it for a while.. just apply conditioner to wet or dry hair then cover it with a plastic cap or use cling wrap for 10-15 minutes.. the heat of your body trapped under the plastic cap/wrap warms the conditioner so it penetrates better. Rinse, and see how soft and shiny your hair looks!

Try getting a haircut where they nip the dead ends. This helps your hair grow back healthy and prevents damage.
