"And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be written in the book."
In addition to this verse, please read Daniel 10:13, 21, Jude 1:9 and Revelation 12:7.
It appears that "Michael" is another name for Jesus Christ. I understand that the Scriptures tell us that Jesus Christ is God and the second person of the trinity. Take a look at these verses in the Hebrew lexicon.
**The Bible tells us that Christ spoke in parables (Mark 4:33, 34).

Michael is the called the Prince because he is the prince of the heavenly host of angels. He led them in the struggle against Satan and his hosts.
Jesus Christ is the King and Lord of all creation (including Michael and the angels).
That's a big difference.

Michael is an archangel that did battle with Satan. Jesus is the Son of God.
Being an angel, Michael was a created being. Being God, Jesus is the creator.
Not the same at all.

No, Michael is not Jesus.
In other passages right in Daniel, Michael is identified as just one of the chief princes.
In Jude, he is definitely NOT the Lord (having called upon Jesus to rebuke the devil), and in Revelation, he is a warrior angel.

The problem is the bible of today was changed by King Constantine and his click of scribes to control the citizens. He added and deleted so many things. He had all bibles burned (it was easy to do back then because only the higher ups in the church and government had copies) You should question this by how many years of Jesus life are not in the bible. The original followers of Christ (The Essenes)hid a copy of the original new Testament under a Buddhist temple so Constantine wouldn't find it. google gospelofthenazirenes.com for the original New Testament it will take away all your confusion. It is the original teachings of Jesus.

No, that is tripe and goes against Hebrews 1:5.
Hebrews 1:5
For to which of the angels did He ever say:
“ You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You”? And again:
“I will be to Him a Father,
And He shall be to Me a Son”?
Michael is a created angel. Once again, you are trying to drop the deity of Christ down. Forget it, it won't work. The Bible teaches against it.

no. Michael is an angel. The Messiah and Warrior are two different people. besides, humans aren't angels. there are separate prophesies that differentiate the two. I'll give you them if I can.
