I shaved my arm because I couldn't wax it before due to no ride to the salon or store. It's been about two weeks now and my arm hair is growing back; I'd say one ninth of my total hairs have grown back. So now they're about 1/8 inches long: can i wax it? Thanks for your time!

Try to wait another 2 weeks or until the hairs are closer to 1/4 inch so the wax can really grab onto them.

i think you should wait a little longer. arm hair takes a while to grow back when you shave it, idk why. but just wait till youre sure that at least most of if has grown back out. because if you go wax it now, only some of it will get waxed and then when it grows back out, its gonna grow back out in patches. So yeah just wait a lil. :)
