Even figuratively speaking, she didn't fall from heaven. They both fell from grace. So the joke would be more accurate if you made it "Did it hurt when you fell from grace?"
Does putting things into their proper context ruin the joke? Pity.

I don't know about that, but a gay truck driver used that line on Kelso one night and then gave Kelso his truckers hat.
Why is Kelso so naive?.........
I personally think Fez has a thing for him and Jackie. At the same time.......
