1/3 stick butter
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups sliced green beans
3 cups chicken broth
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2.8-ounce) can French-fried onion rings
1 cup grated Cheddar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the butter. Boil green beans in chicken broth for 10 minutes and drain. Add the green beans, mushroom soup, onion rings, and House Seasoning, to taste, to the onion mixture. Stir well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then top the casserole with the Cheddar and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until the casserole is hot and cheese is melted.

Alternate:
Green Bean Parmesan
1-16 oz pkg. frozen French-style green beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1. Cook beans according to pkg.; drain. In a medium saucepan cook onion in 2 Tbsp butter until tender, stir in flour and salt. Stir in milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in half Parmesan cheese. Stir in the water chestnuts; turn into a 1 quart casserole.
2. Toss remaining Parmesan cheese with crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on bean mixture in casserole. Bake uncovered, in a 350' oven about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

BACON CHEDDAR GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

2 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings, divided
1 (2 oz.) jar real bacon bits, divided (Hormel)
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine beans, soup, milk, 1/2 can onions, 1/2 jar of bacon bits and pepper. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bacon bits. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 6.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash ground black pepper
4 cups cooked cut green beans
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions

Directions:

MIX soup, milk, soy, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.

BAKE at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot.

STIR . Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 min.

TIP: Use 1 bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen green beans, 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen green beans, 2 cans (about 16 oz. each) green beans or about 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans for this recipe.

For a change of pace, substitute 4 cups cooked broccoli flowerets for the green beans.

For a creative twist, stir in 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with soup. Omit soy sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup additional Cheddar cheese when adding the remaining onions.

For a festive touch, stir in 1/4 cup chopped red pepper with soup.

For a heartier mushroom flavor, substitute Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup for Cream of Mushroom Soup. Omit soy sauce. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped red pepper with green beans.

Get a can of French's shredded onions (or dried or whatever those are that come in a paper can.) There's a recipe on those.

I would suggest barfing into a pot, mixing the vomit with some hedgehog poop, then covering it with honey mustard. That would basically taste the same as that vegatable swill that everyone insists on making every thanksgiving dinner.
