i always get this cramp right below my rib cage and its not period cramps because this has been going on for like 2 months. I get them when I'm just walking normal. Is this just oxygen deprived? and what can i do for it?

it's possible this cramp is coming from your intestines. If you have been constipated this can cause cramps. I recommend you use a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing At night.

eat fruit, yogurt, whole grain cereals, brown rice, salads, and drink lots of water. This should start every thing moving and eventually resolve the cramp. Place a heating pad Or hot water bottle on the area pain for twenty minutes.

if you do not feel better after a few weeks see your medical doctor.

it just sounds like a muscle cramp, but if its been bothering you this long you should have it checked out by a professional!!
