I know that u want 2 get down 2 115 or 120 and u can just by doing this simple things .
u can eat everything that u usually eat but smaller portions of it. Instaed of eating 3 large meals eat 6 small ones and the weight can come off. Also u have to work out a little more mayb like 4 times a week 4 1 hour or more. By trying this the weight will just melt away.
GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE THAT U REACH YOUR GOAL.

You can eat pretty well and still lose weight. The key is being in a calorie deficit. If you have been the same weight for some time than just excercise, walking will burn up to 250 cal an hour. Any form of excercise will burn calories. If you are putting on weight then you have to eat fewer calories and excercise.

I don't know specifically but there are tons of good tasting low-fat/calorie snacks out there. Also, try switching to diet soda and water if you haven't already. That usually makes a huge difference. But it sounds to me like you're at a perfectly normal weight. However I can relate to wanting to shed a few pounds. Good Luck!!

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

First off, you want to lose weight and your biggest concern is with "snacks." Don't eat snacks.
Second, you need to eat right and exercise.
Eating right means eating clean, whole foods in reasonable quantities.
Examples include: fish, chicken, vegetables, egg whites, oatmeal (unsweatened), etc.
So, you know what to do -- eat right -- exercise. There is only one thing you should snack on: vegetables.
You don't have to starve yourself. You can eat a whole carton of egg whites and bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and be full and only take in about 300 calories. You can eat a nice piece of fish and huge salad (small amount of dressing) and consume only 500 calories).
Tip of the Day: Do not drink your calories. Lay off any beverages with calories. And don't drink any soft drinks. Stick with water.

-as always, drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies!
-don't eat when you don't need to- when you don't feel hungry.
-having a nice walk in the park 30 minutes a day would help a lot. or you can go shopping which is something you might enjoy and move your legs while doing so!
-go with your friends to a local Y. use the treadmill or others and chat with your friends while exercising. time goes by quickly.

Well, I am overweight, and have been exercising now for over a month. I walk and walk and drink lots of water. It's working.
I haven't changed my food intake so much, except I don't eat sweets. Some people cut out sodas and it does it for them.

You should go for a jog for about 20 minutes a day. Try eating those 100 calories pack snacks. I love those. They're not those nasty ones. They're good. Especially for people who love food :)
