They are delicious, although a little soft. If I were going to break down and drink (something against my beliefs) I would certainly go a little harder. In fact, I would prefer skipping the booze and jumping straight to the natural stuff...the bud.
There are a lot of things in life I would enjoy, and some of them may not even be all that bad for me, but when I am asked not to do something, and I promise to do it, then I should. It is not so much about the specifics of the commandment as it is about obedience and overcoming the self (similar to Buddhism).

Joseph Smith drank wine all the time, even after the Word of Wisdom... it didn't actually become a commandment of the Church until 1855, and almost all General Authorities had stopped drinking alcohol by 1900. Today, we no longer drink wine, but we believe that we will drink it with Jesus in heaven like He said during the Last Supper.
