Yes its a cop out used by fundamentalist. They make the mistake of worshiping the Bible and they cannot see beyond it.
They are not weak in FAITH, only just beginning the FAITH journey. They have yet to truly know God, to have their FAITH tested by life, or to understand the full meaning of being a Christian.

No I have full faith in God and Jesus but I question much of the Bible because the fact is the bible was reconstructed by king Constantine with his click of scibes at the council at Nicea. The original New Testament called the Gospel of the Nazirenes was hidden by the original followers of Christ in a Buddhist temple where Constantine wouldn't look to find it. He had all the other originals burned. It was east to do back then because only the higher ups in the church and government had copies and women couldn't read. for info google gospelofthenazirenes.com For seekers of Universal Truth which Jesus taught.

Not correct.
I question the Bible and then look up what others have thought and see if they have a decent theory on things that happened. But for some things, i do rely on faith 100%, but some things that we find are not impossible. We are not led blindly by faith alone, and yet we are. We have faith, but see that many things are infact possible.
Is this an action of a person that wants to make us look bad?

Actually, it is the action of people with too much faith -- but any faith at all is too much: issues need to be decided on the basis of evidence, not faith. Faith is the deliberate refusal to use the one attribute that makes H. sapiens unique: the ability to apply logic to draw correct conclusions from evidence.

Not much, considering even every Christian scholar has different interpretations. Most still seem very twisted to me. Ive studied the Bible along with other religions.

Any Christian that says every word in the bible should be taken literally is dead wrong.
The bible is made of of many literary genres like historical narrative, prose, psalm, record-keeping and so on.
The books were all penned by men inspired by God, but each book has its own context and fit into a certain place in the salvation story as a whole.

Those who don't understand that the god of Moses is not the God of Jesus and the Holy Spirit, will never know true faith.

Having a degree in Psychology, one trait which is obvious of ignornance is "rationization." Point made, look for this in everyone around you whom you confront who avoids wisdom and understanding. Most people function no differently than a robot and their limited programming would.......Worse yet, look at how people function in religions with programming that is 20-30 centuries OLD...............Talk about out of touch with "reality......."

no longer with the Wt. Your common sense is off, completely. You quote the scripture about the hot covenant which in basic terms those in Christ were entered into. there are an outstanding variety of non-Christians obtainable. are you able to also quite say that what Jeremiah says has come genuine in regard to maximum human beings that call themselves Christian? i imagine no longer. very few human beings comprehend their Bible in procedures that make it unnecessary to coach them so as that the regulation of God is imprinted on their hearts in procedures that cause them to not in any respect deviate from it! That day of that scripture may in basic terms confer with some very particular persons who quite comprehend their God and his regulation in all its information. ^^ Paul: in case you comprehend Paul, then you definitely might want to comprehend he advised us this (a million Cor 9:16) " 16 For in spite of the truth that I pontificate the gospel, I genuinely have no longer something to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I pontificate no longer the gospel! " Paul the following advised us that we've an basic legal responsibility to evangelise! there's no timing, to end given the following. What extra, Isaiah and Revelation tells us how lengthy: Isaiah 6:8-12 "8 also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I deliver, and who will bypass for us? Then said I, the following am I; deliver me. 9 And he said, bypass, and tell this human beings, listen ye certainly, yet understand no longer; and word ye certainly, yet perceive no longer. . . . 11 Then said I, Lord, how lengthy? And he replied, until eventually the cities be wasted with out inhabitant, and the houses with out guy, and the land be fully desolate, " And in Revelation, what are we advised ? That devil will stop those who've the paintings of bearing witness to Jesus. those will be put in detention center and be killed by devil -- subsequently it truly is glaring how lengthy those are going to evangelise, isn't it? they ought to evangelise until eventually devil stops them. The gospel might want to be spread by all who profess to be Christian. there are countless procedures of doing it. yet, it must be carried out until eventually Armageddon or until eventually devil stops it.

God's truth is revealed through his word but it is not by our wisdom we understand but only by God's revelation.
