If it were Gringo-Guaperrimo I suspect it would be a sort of compliment paid to a white, non-hispanic male. Not a 'real' word but based on real words like a 'pet name' or private compliment.
(Gringo = North american/Englsh man; Guapo= Handsome/good looking; Guapisimo= Very good looking..I think Guaperrimo is more of a 'slang'/fun term)

(BUT -- Good point below about the Greek option! -- depends on whether you have seen it written or heard it...and whether you are Greek or not!)

As far as I know that word doesn´t exist. It must be invented.

Edit

It could be gringo guapísimo - guapérrimo

super handsome gringo

Hi! I'm from Spain... I hope I can help you!!

I think that word doesn't exit. It could be a south american expresion.

In Spanish, the ending "-perrimo" means too bad, it's something really negative. Par example: "paupérrimo" that means "worse than poor" or "very very poor".

Or...

Maybe Grigo is a first name and "guaperrimo" is like "guapísimo"... so the sentence is "Grigo! Handsome!"

It's not in my Spanish dictionary, but is probably meant to mean 'a very handsome Greek guy'. The proper Spanish for that would be 'griego guapísimo'.

GRIGOGUAPERRIMO is not castillian which is the language from Spain. I can only think that there is from the Spanish they talk in South America or made up by the person who said it.

i think they try to say gringo, guapo, rico, thats like tree words, if they were flirting with you? if they were it means: well, gringo, cute, fine.
