has this always been a problem? i used to be that way too when i started high school i had so much trouble getting up! i would think i was going to die in the shower. i started by moving my alarm clock farther away so i had to get up and made it so that my bed was hit with the morning sun. it got hot and the sun pissed me off so it was easier to get up. i don't think i liked my life as much then either. now i am a lot happier with my life so sometimes i am just happy to get up and see my friends. if you have a class that falls late enough in the morning perhaps you can meet a friend for breakfast or coffee. i like looking forward to things. i hope to keep myself up when i go off to school so i hope it works just in case i go back to old habits...good luck. i look forward to college so we will see!--chaz

Get the most rest possible at night, give yourself at least 8 hours, ten would be better. Get out of bed and jump start your metabolism with something for breakfast, even if it is toast and coffee. Shower in the morning to wake yourself up and become more of a morning person.
Remember: You can't howl with the owls at night and expect to fly with the eagles in the morning!

set your clock ahead thirty minutes early, and forget about it. I do that and I am always on time now. Also try getting to bed earlier, and take a shower in the morning that really helps wake me up to.

You need something to lift your spirits......

Some will tell you to go to the doctor and try their various drugs.... I say, try 1 Stacker 3 xplc a day....

It is marketed as an energy enhancer, but it is a mood enhancer as i have found it. i call it a happy pill.

i have energy to tend the garden, handle the koi, drive the kids around to work, and to handle 9 hours of work, on but 4 hours sleep a day.

Advice: "1" is not a word. Even if you sleep late, if you follow this advice you will likely pass your classes. Hugs.

More Advice: Contractions must contain a mark denoting the missing letter. Can't is not cant.

More Advice: Use of the pronoun "I" requires capitalization.

More Advice: Advice is spelled advice not advise...advise is a verb, not a noun.

Just drink a lot of water right before you go to sleep and fill up that bladder. You'll wake up eventually to empty it. Just make sure you wake up. You don't want to make a mess. lol

Write "Wake Up" on your hand. You'll see it and awaken.
Ever tried alarm clocks? This isn't the 1400's anymore, the human race has developed methods to perform such tasks.

First of all, improve your diet and create a daily routine.

Second of all, see a doctor, because you could have a serious sleep disorder.
