All resources on the earth are renewable...given enough time passing. The term as used commonly refers to resources that can be renewed on a short term basis a matter of a few or tens of years. With that said, the resources are being use up too fast presently to maintain the human population.

If the world population growth was under control, resources would renew themselves in due time and we wouldn't run out of anything. So we must either provide for rapidly renewable resources or spay and neuter the entire population of humans.

You wanna volunteer for the latter choice? I don't either....

So renewable resources it is.............

As long as the sun shines, we'll have renewable resources such as solar, wind, ocean and hydro. These sources are constantly renewing themselves as a result of the sun's energy that reaches the atmosphere and earth's surface.
