I know it's risky for a heat stroke, but you sweat much more. Are you burning more calories than if you weren't in the sun exercising, like running, walking, jogging, or riding a bike in say-overcast weather?

Actually your body burns more calories in the cold. The hot sun may make you sweat more but that is only water weight you are losing. Please don't overdo in the hot sun. You will be able to exercise longer in cooler weather and will lose more weight.

You might reduce weight, or you can also no longer. I can not particularly understand since I'm no longer you! Everyone has another frame form, metabolism velocity, and so on. From what you assert, it SOUNDS such as you might, however I can not provide you any promises that you're going to. Good good fortune together with your understanding!
