I say AMEN!
The Apostle Paul said (paraphrased), "And where there is no law there is no transgression."
Basically he's saying that if there is not law, there is no way to know what is wrong.
Paul also said, "Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law."
In other words, having faith does not negate God's Law. We are to uphold it.
Romans 2:14-15 says:
"Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them."
This is saying that even though Gentiles do not have the law by birth (because they are not Jews), they still obey it because they love God and want to keep His Commandments.
Jesus said, "If you love Me, keep my Commandments."
Here's a good article:

That was a great way of putting that, I couldnt have said it any better.
Rom 7:9 For was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived , and I died.
Sounds like Paul found out about the law and kept it.

The law is there to show me my need for a Saviour, because I can't keep it. I never will be able to keep it. Once saved, the law of God is written on my heart. I now endeavor to live from the inside out, no long from the outside in. I must submit to the Spirit of God, and reckon my flesh dead. If I am filled with the Spirit, I will bear the fruits of the Spirit. And, "against such there is no law."

"And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein." Isaiah 35:8 KJV
God has already forgiven our sins, through shedding of Jesus' blood. He did that because we could not regain favor with Him on our own. Hence, we were given grace to receive salvation through Jesus. But if we desire eternal life with God, we must *choose* to: Repent, Get Baptized in water and spirit in the Name of Jesus, and Strive to be as pure as possible or Holy and live under the standards and Law of God. Backsliders have been given grace but turned their backs on God's Law. They must repent and ask for God's mercy.

What that means is that if you are living a good life like God wants and expects of you, you are in his good graces and you wouldnt think of breaking a law of man anyway. If you are a true follower you will try your darndest not to sin so as not to offend your God. Breaking a law would be a sin.
It doesnt mean you are above the law, just that you wouldnt want to break one.

I agree. I believe that because we are pardoned by His blood, we should be obligated to live the way He wants us to live and to do everything for His glory, but that some of the OT law isn't obligatory because He has freed us from that (such as clean/unclean meats, cleanliness laws etc.). However even some of those laws are still very good ways to have healthy living.

hi just wanted to say GOD SAID THAT WE MUST OBEY THE LAW OF THE LAND OK...... I BELIEVE THAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT THE LAW THAT MOSES WAS GIVEN ,THE TEN COM. ITS TRUE US CHRISTIANS OR NOT UNDER THE LAW WE UNDER GRACE... THE TEN COM. WAS WRITTEN FOR THE JEWS ONLY .. JESUS GAVE US TWO COM. AND THAT IS TO LOVE GOD WITH ALL OUR MIGHT AND STRENGHT AND TO LOVE OUR NEIGHBOR AS THY SELF. IF THE PRISONER WOULD ASK FORGIVENESS AND GET BORN AGAIN RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT BY FAITH HE HAS ETERNAL LIFE... SO NOW HE IS A TRUE CHRISTIAN A FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST .. HE FOLLOWS THE LAWS THAT JESUS CHRIST GAVE US AND HE WOULD FOLLOW THE LAW OF THE LAND SO HE WOULD NOT BE LIVING UNDER DISGRACE ... HE WOULD BE LIVING UNDER GRACE.. WHY CAUSE A TRUE BELIEVER WOULD NT BE A PRISONER .. HE WOULD FOLLOW JESUS AND WOULD NT WANT TO BREAK THE LAW...TO WOUND UP IN PRISON.... SO YOU SEE.. IF A GOVERNOR PARDON A PRISONER AND HE OR SHE GETS RELEASE AND HE IS FORGIVEN AND YES HE IS LIVING UNDER DISGRACE IF HE DOES NT ASK GOD ALMIGHTY FOR FORGIVENESS AND GET BORN AGAIN..

Jesus did not come to take away the Law, He became to fulfill it. We get saved by the grace so we are under the new covenant. But we still need to obey the laws of men. : )

free from the law of sin and death, no.
free from the Law of the Jews, yes.
check Galatians. you don't earn Heaven. it comes with being born into God's family.
many'll argue "but Jesus said not to stop until all was finished". what did Jesus say on the cross? IT IS FINISHED. how do I know He was referring to this? the NEW covenant in His blood.
