and end up toppin themselves cause they cant feel the world and also, they r not real, and jus breathing the same air as everyone else would give the wrong idea to everyone, and they r the only ones that no it

There is an advertisement by Allstate insurance on the back cover of Newsweek Magazine for May 14, 2007 that states that the dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex of the brain of teenagers hasn't finished developing yet and that is why they often do something stupid. This missing part of the brain, it says, plays a critical role in decision making, problem solving and understanding future consequences of today's actions. It's one reason why 16 year olds have automobile crash rates 3 times higher than 17 year olds and 5 times higher than 18 year olds. That part of the brain won't be fully developed until they are in their 20's.

They pretty well know for sure this is right and that is why they recommend Graduated Driver Licensing.
