I have hit a brick wall! I had a kiwi about 30 minutes ago, hasn't helped. I'm off caffine as well as any bread, grains.....what will perk me up?

I thought you were low carbing, until you said you had fruit...however, you are apparently not getting enough "fuel"...take a short walk and get the blood flowing...that may help keep you going for a while.

I hope that a kiwi wasn't lunch because that is definetly not going to fuel you through the rest of the work day let alone provide your body with the necessary nutrients that it needs to function at optimum levels

You've cut out too much stuff at once and your body is shutting down!!! Make sure you are having a multi-vitamin everyday and 2 Calcium/Magnesium pills. I drink a full cup of the coldest water I can handle, and eat a pear or melba toast when I need something quick!

Your body needs carbs, just try to eat them early and decrease throughout the day...

I cant help you but I know someone who can, try www.myhealthabc.com, the nutrition coach there can help you lose weight and keep your energy levels normal. He helped me lose 36 pounds and I felt great doing it. This guy can definitely help you to feel like you have energy again. Good luck

try eating a banana or even some strawberries...try to keep your mind off of food...
