Yeah.

God was gonna kill the Israelites but Moses talked him out of it.

Why?

Dunno... Not killing is completely out of character for that god.

Everything that God created was good.......until sin entered the world because Adam and Eve decided that blatantly disobeying God wouldn't be a big problem.....As a result everything is pretty bad now. But did he change his mind...uhhh, no. We're still here aren't we? I'm pretty sure that changing his mind about a "place" he created would not have been a part of a list of changes if he DID change anything. However, I don't speak for God, and neither does anyone else so ask him yourself....I bet you he'd answer you:o)

God has never changed His Greatness !! in any way , ever !
People might think that when Mose petitioned God on Mt. Sinai, for sparring the people of Israel from Gods anger not to destroy them .God , did not change His mind but , only the
delay of executing His Will . If you remember , God always
save a remnant His people who are Faithful to Him . 40
years Israel wondered in circles in the wilderness and , only two of the original Israel people delivered from Egyptian slavery went on in to the" promise land " . They all lived forty
more years by Gods Grace at that time . So you see , you must read the Bible in its entirety to began to understand the Word of God . And , only by His Grace from the Holy Spirit ,
will we be able too . Otherwise we are blind, deaf & dumb to
it . You must ask Him to reveal the truth of it to you . There are
no mistakes , no changing His mind . It is just our blindness
to see........

Lots day..he said he was going to kill everyone...Lot asked if he could find some people would he save the city..God said yes I will not destroy it.
3 times lot came back with a smaller number 10 then 5 ..He couldn't find any so the city was destroyed....
Jonahs day. he sent jonah to the Ninevites to tell them he was going to destroy them...jonah didn't want to tell them...finally jonah did tell them and the whole place started serving God again..God didn't destroy them

Today if we all serve God and be good he may change his mind again.

God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son Iisac (sp?). When he took him to be sacrificed and was ready to go through with it God said "No. Do not sacrifice your son". God wanted to see if Abraham, indeed, would do anything God asked him to do. He was blessed for his obedience. In fact, people began to refer to God as "The God of Abraham, Iisac and Jacob" There is a lot more to this story. This is the condensed "Kaliko" version :)

when Moses was up the mountain getting the commandments, God told him that the Israelites had rebelled and he would destroy them and make a new nation from Moses, but Moses reasoned and pleaded with him and GOD changed his minded.

God has grown with us, and He has changed from a God that's jealous to a God that truly understands us,..

Yes. I think it was in the story of Sodom (Gen. 18:16) where God was going to destroy the city but Abraham asked him if he could find 50 righteous in the city would he consider not destroying it.

I think you can find that in the book of Jonah. God has Jonah tell the people they will be destroyed (not even with a conditional "unless you repent" message). But then the people repent, and He doesn't destroy them.
