If you eat the same thing everyday, your metabolism will become use to it and level off, causing you not to lose any weight. Your best bet is to cut your calorie intake by 3-400 calories a day. Remember--do NOT go below 1200 because then your body will start to store your food, bc it thinks it is not getting enough. 3500 calories equals 1 lb. Also, eating 4-6 small meals a day will help to boost your metabolism. To figure out how many calories you need go to this calculator and figure it out. Good luck!!

You're more likely to lose and kick in your metabolism by eating several small meals thruout the day instead of 3 larger ones. Break up the meals/snacks to about 5 healthy ones a day - drink lots of water and focus on what you are eating rather then how much and how many calories they have.
Eating lean meats, veggies and avoiding sugar and white starches will help greatly with weight loss.

when you get hungry mid-afternoon, eat fat free yogurt or a piece of fruit. drink lots of water and get 30 minutes of exercise and you should lose weight. if you don't eat enough calories, though, your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight.

eating healthy foods will keep your metabolism high, but eating little slows it down and you will burn calories less efficiently. it not how much you eat it what you eat. and exercise.
