spain, united states, mexico speaks a different type of spanish, italy also speaks a similar but changed version of it, and south america all speak spanish.

all america, except brazil, usa, canada, belize, and guyana, in the continent, in the island just cuba, puerto rico and dominic republic, speak spanish. in europe just spain i think that's all.
