Wow...that doesn't give u much time in between things! I really don't think u are going to have time to actually cook anything...so I would go with the grocery store option and pick up something from the deli...depending on what u have to bring. I'm not sure if it can be anything or if it can be a main dish or what...but usually any deli will have small sandwich trays, cakes that u can cut up, fruit and vegetable trays, etc etc.

This is why God created Take-Out!!! Call your favorite local restaurant and order several of their best creations. Potluck dishes aren't meant to feed the entire crowd, just to provide folks with a "little of this and a little of that". Unless, of course, you are responsible for the entire feast and then, my friend, you might be in deep doo doo! Nonetheless, don't panic, just let your fingers do the walking thru your yellow pages (and check the balance available on your credit card!) Here are some ideas:

1. Chinese chicken tenders, egg rolls, chow mein, chicken
2. Italian: spaghetti bologanese, french bread, salad
3. Mexican: enchiladas suisa, chips and salsa, spanish rice
4. Japanese: sushi, teriyaki chicken, rice
5. Raleys/Bel Air Markets: sliced meats and cheese, rolls, potatoe salad
6. Albertsons: same
7. Costco/Sam's: vege platters, chicken alfredo, pizza

The list goes on....enjoy!

Make some pizza.
All you need to do is buy a big frozen pizza from the grocery store and bake it in the oven for the given time. Then, cut up in slices and serve. It`s delicious and easy to make.
Or, go to some restaurant and get some take out food :]

Good Luck!

quick mustard potato salad. about a dozen eggs, same amount of russet or red potatoes, boil both in pots be careful with eggs though boil eggs for 10 minutes and shut heat off and cook for 5 more mins. potatoes, boil until tender. drain both and rinse with ice cold water to cool them down quick. peal eggs and chop them into a bowl, if you want to save time with the potatoes, cube them, then boil them, otherwise cube them into the eggs. add two small yars of miracle whip or mayo, you're choice (i prefer miracle whip for the tangy taste), chop up onions or shallots into the potato/egg and dressing, add most of a bottle of mustard or dijon mustard works too, add a half jar of pickle relish, mix all together adding salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped chives and paprika. cover and refrigerate until time to leave. you might even have left overs for a snack at home. great on sandwiches as well. you don't even have to put egg in it if you don't want to. it will take you a half hour tops to make.
