I want to know what physically happens and why? What is the biology and psychology behind it?

Yes. Some men get an erection when they are bored or from long rides in a vehicle. You can get them when you are asleep or when you are about to pee. Almost all healthy men wake up with "morning wood" it is normal. It means you have good circulation and a healthy penis.

Well, normally you get about 5 erections in your sleep. If you are young, it will erect for seeming no reason. As you get older it requires stimulation, not a lot though.

It can become erect for many reason, or no reason at all.
Sometimes, impaired blood circulation in the pelvic area can cause and erection while sitting.
Get used to it. They come and go, literally.

girls become wet when they are sexually exited. also their breasts swell and nipples get hard. when a child is not born to them and still they have big breast they just carry with them as a crown part of the body . do you think large breast mean always sexual excitement. penis is enlarged and it is visioble enlargement . but breasts are not like penis. where blood vessels are swelling up to enlage breasts when they are sexualy excited. very minor change occurs compared to penis. at vaginal place clitories also enlarge but due to its hidden place it is not so visible .

It's called a spontaneous erection, common in adolescence. It's just your body's way of reminding you that you have a penis and a sex drive and it expects you to do something with them from time to time.
