Osteoporosis is thinning of the bone, or brittle bones. I assume they have you on the treatment and it should stop if not assist the bone density to increase. This is going to be a BIG problem for the next generation as people have stopped giving children milk, cheese, while they are babies, kids, teenagers, the years where you lay down the bone for LIFE. Likewise people who are obese, as they are carrying extra weight, do not succumb to this condition, as the extra weight helps bone density. Warning for all those on diets who want to be SLIM teenagers, be prepared for a few serious health problems in later life. Outside of that, steroids will make you loose bone density, so if you have asthma be careful.

If it is whatever like apatheistitits, a ailment marked via totally lazy godless pectoral muscle tissues, then a brutal routine of non-give up Incline Flyes for a few hours an afternoon, for 6 to 8 weeks, making use of KJV bibles as an alternative of dumbbells will have to do the trick.
