OK. This isn't going to be easy because there are a lot of problems here.
1. you shouldn't be so mean to your sister.
2. your sister should leave your things alone and respect your privacy.
3. your parents aren't doing their job by disciplining your sister and treating you both fairly. Sis is getting away with too much and you're getting frustrated.
First of all, talk with your folks about the whole thing. Admit you were wrong to be violent and mean.
Then, have a whole family talk about the whole incident. Tell sis that you're sorry that you were violent and mean to her. Admit that you can't take back what happened but that you're sorry things got that far out of hand.
Then, have the parents bring up the subject of your privacy. Your sister has absolutely NO business messing with your things. Discuss a plan of action whereby your parents will take the responsibility of punishing your sister for messing with your stuff.
Make them stick to it too. If sis pokes into your stuff, then insist that parents hold up their end of the deal and act as parents. Sis needs to know that just because she's the baby it doesn't give her the run of the house. Your parents are doing both of you a disfavor by leaving it up to children to punish each other. Discipline is their job - not yours.
If you need to, speak with a counselor at school about this. Your parents aren't doing their job.

Well, tackling her wasn't the smartest thing to do, you could have really hurt her. But the scary movie thing she didn't have to watch unless you like pinned her down and made her open her eyes and watch. But anyways, just apologize and try to be nicer from now on. Since you said she is 13 she is old enough to be able to forgive you on her own. If she doesn't then you know you are the bigger person, and eventually she will come around

Be nicer.
Apologise, spend some time with her, don't watch scary movies, buy a little something or leave a sweet little note in her room telling her how much you care and appreciate her as a lil' sis'.
You gotta take acre of each other, it's a cold cruel world out there and there ain't nothing like a sis to have your back!

I think all you can do is say you are sorry. I think you are truly sorry and feel bad so just let her know that you are sincerely sorry and hope that she forgives you.
Once you apologize, it's up to her to make it work on her end.
Let me just say that I find it refreshing that you have a conscience about not treating your sister right. God bless you!
