No. Muslims are people who practise the Islamic religion, not a "race". Why, however, should you generally hate the people who practise that religion?
I perfectly understand if you dislike the religion. As an atheist myself I don't particularly like any religion. But I don't think its very rational to say that you hate all Muslims any more than its rational to say that you hate all people who hold any other belief, religious or not.
I would even understand if you said you hate Islamic fundamentalists, who do tend to be intolerant and arrogant in their beliefs, as fundamentalists from any religion tend to be. There are however many Muslims with moderate and reasonable views who are decent and honourable people. Its not a good idea to tar them all with the same brush.
There are good people and bad people in all walks of life regardless of race creed or colour. Its never a good idea to make such sweeping generalisations.

No, that would be if the muslims were people from one country. However you are against all people from that race.
