i am looking to lose 50 lbs - what are the best foods to eat that burn fat and calories ... within 60 days ?

proteins cause the greatest thermogenic effect. however medical study has shown that the metabolism of those that are overweight does not increase after feeding. this is one of many things that cause some to gain weight easier/faster than others

Lower carb foods will help you because your body will burn carbs for energy first and then store the fat. If you're not taking in carbs your body has to burn the stored fat for energy.

Food doesn't burn fat, YOU burn fat.
Exercise!
You can not safely lose 50 lbs in 60 days...a healthy weight loss can start around 3-5 lbs per week but will level off at 1-2.
You didn't put in on quickly and you won't take it off safely that way either.

Come back to planet earth - YOU CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT BY EATING FOOD.

The ONLY way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. This is a law of physics. The only way to burn calories is to exercise.

Reduce your caloric intake, and excercise for 20-30 miutes a day, keep your heart rate between 70-80% of max (max is 220 minus your age).

well foods don't do it all exersise does but i would have to say protein shakes

eat grape fruits... but main is exrecising and more active life. good luck ;)
