The fast is not for weight loss but just to clean out my system. Since I usually fail in fasting within the first twelve hours, I want to go on a fruit and vegetable "fast," sticking to large servings of vegetables and some fruits throughout the day. Will this clean out my system? I feel like it has to have some health benefits, since I'll be eating reduced calories and all of my calories will be packed with vitamins. Has anyone ever tried this before? Thanks for any information!

to clean out your system fully you really need at least 24 hours of water only. the fruits and veggies thing is great, you'll feel healthier than you can imagine (the first three days are rough though) but if you are trying to detox you still need the first 24 hours. I did a fruit and veggie fast for 40 days at the beginning of the year. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone, it has completely changed my eating habits. But for it to work you cant have ANYTHING processed. If it doesnt grow, and you cant see what it looked like when it originally grew, dont eat it. Seriously though, this will be one of the best things you ever do for yourself. And I would reccommend doing some research and watch the movie "Super Size Me."
Good luck. When you finish you wont want to eat unnatural food....

My parents and I are vegeterians, and fasting will help clean out your system. One fast I reccomend is the green fast, where you can only eat green vegetables and fruits, because anything green has high levels of chloryphl, in other words protein. I have also tried a high fruit and vegetable fast before, and the results didn't last for me, but also keep in mind Naked drinks while your fasting, because they include a pound of fruit, and they are low cal and filling enough to get you through the day, and for an all green diet, try the "Green Machine" when your on the run! Also try fasting teas or supplements, obviously herbal medicines that can be found in local health food stores! Hope this helps!

You cant blame him for the Robbie Keane fiasco - that grow to be all Parry's doing Rafa provided Crouch a sparkling contract - it grow to be the tremendous guy who became it down - he grow to be not in any respect going to get a recreation previous to torres and Rafa stood by him with the help of the 20 hours it took him to score his first purpose endure in options. i imagine a Liverpool area that lined Simao, Vidic, Malouda, Villa, Barry and quite a few different others that he's had to promote on might want to genuinely project for the identify - those were all impending Rafa Liverpool signings that were finally ****** up by Parry or the Yanks. your finished be certain for what he's spent is faulty because an outstanding variety of that grow to be spent on teens and academy gamers for the destiny - and so a lot extra grow to be on gamers that he's had to promote on you you're counting it two times. we've in basic terms the seventh maximum severe priced squad contained in the league. If something we've been punching above our weight.

I've fasted, but only for 1 day. I used to fast on Wednesdays every week. After a while I didn't notice any difference and just went back to my normal routine.

I never tried 48 hours, good luck.

Fasting is o.k. for religious types, but it is not healthy to starve your body. If you are looking to cleanse your body, try to find a product called DUAL ACTION CLEANSE.....or go to healthplusinc.com for a product called SUPER COLON CLEANSE
