This depends on how old you little sister is. Is she 10 or younger, then no amount of discipline is going to help as she is probably annoying you to get your attention. Best solution is to "allow" her to sit with you and show her what a big sister is all about. If she is older than 10, then there may be some jealousy issues which your parents will have to adress. Either which way, be patient and understanding, lead by example. Once you are both older, the sister bond will improve. Good luck!

Hitting isn't the answer.

It sounds to me like your little sister is jealous of you that she is trying to get your attention. My suggestion would be for you to spend a little time bonding with your sister. Go to a movie or somewhere special with her. Take her to go get an ice cream. Get to know your sister and tell her how much you love her. If you can be friends with her, you will earn her respect. If you earn her respect, she will leave your stuff alone. If I were you, I would make a deal with her. Tell her that if she stays out of your room for 3 days you will let her borrow "whatever" for a day or an hour as long as she returns it where she got it from.

She is your sister, and someday she is going to be an adult and you are going to want to "borrow" her things. You are also going to need a good friend...and no one is better than a sister. Start being a good older sister and be friends with your little sister and learn to trust each other. Someday you will be all each other has.

I hit my sister anyway. I know this sounds wrong but she's learned her lesson from it. Ive been pretty mean. Maybe you can make a comprimise with her. That everytime she doesn't go in your room you'll give her somthing or you can threaten her and say everytime she comes in your room you will hurt her. but the threatening can get u in trouble by ur parents. good luck.

give her some true attention instead of slamming the door in her face... then demand quiet time too.
if that doesnt work... barge into her room for a week or two when she wants to be alone.... annoy her just enough to make her see what she is doing to you... this is diplomacy, not revenge... be tactful.... you will succeed.

She is probably just trying to irritate you. Try just ignoring her the next few times she does it. If she doesn't get any attention for it, she may just stop on her own. Make sure to pay good attention to her when she's doing something you want her to be doing, like playing with her own things.
