how different is it to do a wood work with partical boards from plywoods?

not sure i know what you're asking, but plywood is generally preferable.

The edging is about the same on both. The partical board will probably stand a better chance of "chipping out" when cutting. You will need a coarser fluted screw with partical board to handle any type weight from hinged doors.
