It's wonderful that you are changing your life. You should not be taking calcium if you have diarrhea. Calcium will increase the problem. I recommend you take just a Multi vitamin every day, that will cover what you need. If you have access to a swimming pool that would be your best form of exercise. The second best would be walking it every day as much as you can. Do not push yourself an over do it.

Here is what I suggest to get you over the worst part of the withdrawals.

The following treatment will help you not go through such agony as you withdraw from the medication.

To help with the withdrawals take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs. Use a loofa to clean the pores and this will help pull the drugs out even faster.

Drink lots of water and 2c. a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver. You can take 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice a day to help you relax. Drink chamomile tea throughout the day and evening to help you stay relaxed.

Use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they can store.

Two of the questionnaires in this forum did follow this program to withdraw from drugs and it did help. I've enclosed a link where you can read their response to this program.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

Congratulations! Well, you just need to take the necessary steps to getting a healthy appetite back because any opioid either causes over or under eating. Eat little healthy snacks every two hours, like apples or granola bars. This will regulate your appetite and you won't eat so much when it comes time for an actual meal.

Also, you should set aside an hour of each day for excercise of any kind. Even if it's just a walk or jog, it should help with your weight and it'll build up your immune system again and lessen the severity of the withdrawals.

Please, please let me know how you quit. Just the little motivations that you used or medications or treatment centers, anything. It's for........a friend. Yeah.

Again, congratulations, good luck, keep at it. :)

The best thing you can do to move in a positive diretion is to exercise. It can actually help to reduce your desire for drugs, and has been used in some therapy to help with breaking addictions.

Aerobic exercise would be great for you, and does not have to involve heavy exercising at first. You don't even need to get a personal trainer or join a gym. Check out the books and/or video below.
