I want to ask the history of Brooklyn?

can somebody give me some imformations about the history of Brooklyn. for explam, the development, building, and the begining of Brooklyn.

In the 18th Century, Brooklyn was farm land and considered he country. The only populated region at that time in was the lower Manhattan. Even mid-town was considered rural. Brooklyn started to really blossom as a borough once the Brooklyn Bridge was built toward the end of the 19th Century connecting Manhattan to Brooklyn. After WWII, a lot of young Brooklynites wanting to start families moved out to Long Island.
