Getting baptised no more makes you a Christian than dressing in police clothes makes you a cop. You just got wet, not saved.

There is no need for someone to get 'un-baptized'. If you don't believe, you don't believe. A baptism in itself is not what makes someone a Christian. What makes someone Christian is a conscious choice to believe in God and accept him as their Lord and Savior. A baptism is a symbolic act of the 'washing away of sins' and the 'rebirth into a new life'. The fact you were baptized.. did not make you Christian. It is a decision that makes someone a Christian.
Personally, I don't believe in the idea of 'baptism' for a child (at least in the idea of it meaning that 'they're a Christian now'). I think that it would be one thing for parents to 'dedicate' their child to God, etc.. but I don't think that it is the same.
If you are looking for an explanation of how to 'quit' being a Christian, it sounds like you have already done that. In my opinion, that is all it would take. It's not like renouncing citizenship or something. You don't have to stand up and say "I'm no longer a Christian". You don't have to go and profess it to your local atheist group either.
Now, of course, to become a Christian, it is seen as the right thing to do once you have 'turned your life to God' to profess it and to symbolically be baptized.. But you don't have to do anything to stop... (Unless of course, you're joining a different faith, then you may have to do whatever that faith requires of you).
Just my opinion though..

You can't get "unbaptized", but I can tell you that if you were under the age of accountability, meaning that you were not aware that you were being baptized to Jesus Christ, then it was nothing more than a social gathering anyway.
Why anyone would baptize a small child or an infant is beyond me. Blessing a child or a newborn is great, but not baptism.
You need to be of accountable age.
Not even God wants you to be a Christian if you don't want to be. Its your ship, and only you can sail it. God won't interfere with that, so have a good trip, Captain.

No I was baptised and I am an atheist, no one can force you into being a christian, not even your parents who obviously wanted you to become one by having you baptised.

No, thankfully it does not mean you are a Christian, I was baptised as a child too, and I'm the only one in my family who is not a Chrisitian and I am thankful for it every single day.

No.
If you read the New Testament, only someone who knew why they were getting baptized was baptized. It does not remove original sin. It shows everyone around you that you have repented of your sins and that you WANT to be associated with the One who died for your sins.
You don't have to worry about being labeled a Christian. Being baptized as a child does nothing for you.

As recently as 150 years ago Jewish children in Italy who had been baptised without their parents' consent by well-meaning Catholics were taken away from their families by the Holy Inquisition - the Church of Rome regarded them as Catholic and felt it was their duty to bring them up as Catholics. So at the time, yes, it would have been official.
Think yourself lucky that you were born in a less God-fearing and bigoted age!

No, baptism does not make you a Christian. Especially as a baby. Your parents had you baptized, it was not a choice you made. And as for the last part of your post, well that is sad. Whatever made you turn from God, you need to talk to Him about it. He does not want any to perish...God bless you.

You can un-baptised yourself (after all the baptising thing, is just a load of crap and pretence in the first place). Just say ' I un-baptise myself by the powers given to me by me!' That should do it.

un-baptised? What is done is done!
Don't understand why so many thumbs down.
it is true to be baptised and ask to be unbaptised is impossible. He did not ask does it count? He asked how do I un do it? Well to answer the 1st question, were you willing to have it done or did someone decide for you? and were you of the age of accountability? And were you saved before you had it done? Sorry I have offended so many but I have found on here when you give your opinion on something that tends to happen.
