What is the Best and quickest steroid to gain muscle without gettin acne?

seriously you do not need steroids to gain muscle fast. All you need to do is up your protein intake each day to 1.5grams to 2grams per lb of your own bodyweight. Train briefly and intensely. Increase your raw strength in squats, bench press and deadlifts. Do mainly compound movements. Have enough sleep. this way, you will definitely gain your muscle fast without steroids. If you are training 5 to 6 days week now. Trust me, train twice a week only, but train it really hard each time round less than an hour each. you be growing your body to record time. Food, training and rest all play the part to gain muscle quickly. Steroids does help but with the side effects, is it worth it? Are you sure you put in enough food in your body and you are not overtraining your body?

First, I wouldn't recommend taking steriods. Secondly, the increase in testorone is what causes acne so if you're prone to acne already you'll probably see an increase.

i understand that you want huge gains in no time...but reconsider your choice to use steroids...they are a nightmare on your body and your mind...your muscle will grow fast and look great, but your liver kidneys and heart are greatly affected by them, and it doesnt take long for many people...

and i know of a couple football players that used heavily for a short period of time in highschool...and they went nuts, just plain dumb, and with psychocis...it certainly didnt enhance their lives...

and i also know of a dude who started using them...and because they worked so well, when he stopped and started tunring mushy and couldnt keep the muscle on, well he just started using all the time, cause he wanted to always be big and cut and revved up like his life was in peril at any given moment...

i have been working out consistently for 12 years now...and i look good and healthy, and am certainly in much better shape than most guys my age....i dont take steriods, and it has neevr stopped me from being a good athlete or picking up that hot chick at a bar...

use your head man, just eat a lot of good lean food, work out with that hard core enthusiasm...get some great gains and be happy with what your body is...oh and happy that your being healthy, not that your putting your internal organs into a blender.

you need to get growth hormones instead of regular steroids. They are expensive about $1k for a cycle.
Its better to do it naturally b/c you maintain all your weight that way. If you get of the juice you will lose most of your mass.
