Sugar Ray...The difference between he and Mayweather would be that killer instinct Ray had. Ray would not have let Oscar off the hook by just hitting him with a punch here and there like Floyd did. Leonard. He has almost every advantage. Faster, more mobile, more skill. Leonard was a natural Welter through and through. DLH started his career at jr. lightweight and puffed up to welter. I never thought he should have left the 135-140 lb classes.

would have been a great fight. both extremely talented ,good punchers and superb finishers,but i think leonard was a little better and smarter than de la hoya.also de la hoyas prime might have came as a lightweight.
