Lately more often than not when I leave the gym I get these weird cramps in my toes. I don't believe this is dehydration because I drink tons of water all day before the gym and then about 2 bottles at the gym. Could it be my shoes? - I just got new ones though.

Anyone have any clue on what this could be from or how to stop it?

could be that the new shoes haven't broken in yet.. could be you need more stretches... could be that the workouts you are doing are causing your arches to drop.. maybe you just need arch supports... I doubt your potassium is low or you would be having more cramps in the larger muscles.. but you still may eat a banana or two more and it might help the problem.

Stretch. Pulls your toes back and stretch your calves. I get this all the time too.

It could be a shortage of potassium. If so, include bananas in your diet. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have me massage those babies to loosen 'em up. : )
