why do my shoulders and neck get cold, clamy and achy in hot humid weather?

As the temprature and humidity rises my shoulder and neck gets colder. My doctors can't explain it.

This could be possibly related to a circulatory problem but the only way to find out for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be causing the problem.
