You need to see a Podiatrist as soon as possible to find out what is wrong in your heel. Many times this can be bone spurs. Only the specialist can give you an answer for all of your problems.

You probably have bone spurs on your heel. Go to the doctor. If it persists, it will become painful, possibly crippling.
