I have pain around my elbow area. I was told by doctor it's artheritest.

What did your doctor tell you to do about it? If it's tendonitis, there's not much you can do except take an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprophen or Motrin. Try moist heat. You might ask your doctor if a stretchy brace would relieve the pain.
