I invited her out for dinner, but she insists for lunch by her. Why?

And this also on Wednesday afternoon. Its not clear to me why she insists so for lunch at her home. Perhaps she is thinking at the idea to pass quickly towards the bedroom...?

I forgot to add: of course its our first date and we still don't know each others much.

lunch? lunch? dude, you got a lunch date. it's a friends date. it's a feeling-out. just to get to know each other. to have it @ her house is where she feels secure. make sure you give good impression in order to get a second date. and make sure it's a dinner date and not @ her house

I'd never invite a first date to my home, unless we knew each other well first.

Can't say what her motives are, but it does appear odd...a lunch date would indicate that she wanted an escape if things didn't go well (lunch dates are often shorter than dinner dates, and she could come up with a vareity of reasons to have to leave)...however having it at her home is troubling in a way...

well she probably wants to get to know you better by coming over, not doing anything bad, and just talk with no one around to bug the both of you. incase she does try to make a move or give you a sign that she wants to go to the bedroom, don't go with her tell her its getting late and you have to go

actually it sounds great ---- if you get on well you can keep talking and getting to know each other then you could have dinner together as well ---- i dont think she is thinking of the bedroom --- and if you do you may blow it before it starts --- enjoy her company and see what happens
