Windows NT is a network operating system developed by Microsoft. It's quite antiquated and has been replaced by Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 server and Windows XP Professional.
Unix is another network operating system. Though it may not be as popular in the consumer market, it is quite a powerful operating system and it is used by large businesses that need to store large amounts of information.
You typically see UNIX used in the medical field and other businesses that require a lot of data entry.

Much more information at the respective links if you are interested.
UNIX
http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/new_computing/unix/definition.html
UNIX is a fully functional operating system, with virtually all the utilities you have become used to, and more. Many of the underlying ideas and philosophies are different from other operating systems, which leads to differences in the way things are done at the user level, but all of the normal commands such as searching, copying, mail, editing, compiling, etc. are there; they just have different names and different ways of running them.
Because UNIX was originally written by computer scientists for computer scientists, not much attention was paid to making it user-friendly (in fact, this concept didn't really exist at the time). Instead, they concentrated on making it terse, quick to use for program development, and simple in the sense that most commands did not do anything very complicated. To get more complicated functions, they combined several commands to get the desired final result. To a great extent, this has evolved over the years, but the terseness largely remains, and this is the reason UNIX has such a learning barrier. Like all operating systems, however, it is a question of becoming familiar with the environment through frequent use. Most people find that, once they have learned their way around UNIX, they are more comfortable with it than they initially expected.
WindowsNT
http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/W/Windows_NT.html
A version of the Windows operating system. Windows NT (New Technology) is a 32-bit operating system that supports preemptive multitasking. (In multitasking, only one CPU is involved, but it switches from one program to another so quickly that it gives the appearance of executing all of the programs at the same time. )
There are actually two versions of Windows NT: Windows NT Server, designed to act as a server in networks, and Windows NT Workstation for stand-alone or client workstations.

They are 2 different operating systems, so everything is different.
That's like asking what the difference is between MAC and PC
