Fruits and vegetables are always a good idea. I like Contessa chicken and veggie stir-fry; it tastes SO good and it's only 150 calories for 1 3/4 cups! Some other low calorie snacks I like are:
Kettle Corn (15 cal/cup)
Sugar free chocolate pudding (50 cal)
Pickles (5 cal each)
Breyer's sugar free frozen fruit bars (30 cal)
Quaker caramel corn rice cakes (50 cal)
Carb Smart Fudgecicles (100 cal)
Special K snack bars (90 cal)
Good job with the dieting!! You can do it!

generally, when hungry I eat food.
drinking ice water will also curb hunger for a time and is good for you, it helps to flush toxins and even burns some calories as the body works to heat ice water before it reaches your stomach.
lastly you can try occupying your mind with thoughts of something other than yourself and your hunger.

Try eating oatmeal for breakfast, it's healthy and a good source of fiber for your diet. it usually curbs my appetite throughout the day. make sure your eating though, smaller more frequent portions vs larger less frequent portions. "crash" diets never work, all in moderation.

Drinking ice cold water always controls my hunger attacks. I usually have a yougurt, a packet of crackers (they are reduced & taste pretty good)
applesauce is good too. sometimes i fix a packet of oatmeal. oatmeal carries for a long time.

i eat low calorie foods, no fast foods, fruits and vegetables, lots of exercise, water, juices and low calorie/fat snacks.
