There is vegan mayonnaise available in most larger grocery stores and health food stores. One good one is Nayonaise.
You can also make some yourself. Here is a simple recipe:

No egg Real Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup oil

Using a food processor or good hand blender or mixer, mix:
Mustard, salt, pepper, and 2 Tablespoons oil.
Keeping the blender on high, add lemon juice and in a very slow stream, the rest of the oil.
This should all at once get thick and turn white.
Immediately turn off blender.

Eggless Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup/210 ml soy milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on lowest speed. Gradually - literally one drop at a time - add the oil until the mixture starts to thicken. Continue blending until thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Makes 3/4 cup

You can also purchase eggless mayo in the store, one brand is called Vegenaise.
Good luck!

Spectrum makes a great Canola mayo. There are several others on the market, but they aren't on the same shelf as your regular mayo. You'll have to look in the health food section of your supermarket or make it yourself. The recipes already posted are a great alternative.
